Shoes QC Checklist
Check the shape of the toe box and heel counter. Inspect the stitching around the swoosh or logo. Verify the insole print and size tag. Compare the sole pattern to retail photos. Look for glue stains, uneven paint, and loose threads. Check the box condition if you plan to keep it. For leather shoes, check for creasing and color consistency.
Clothing QC Checklist
Hold the item up to check alignment of prints, embroidery, and logos. Inspect the stitching on hems, cuffs, and seams. Check the wash tags and neck labels for spelling errors. Compare fabric texture to retail if possible. Measure the length, chest, and sleeve against the size chart. Look for loose threads, missed stitches, and uneven dye.
Accessories QC Checklist
For bags, check the zipper smoothness, strap stitching, and logo engraving. For belts, verify the buckle finish and hole spacing. For hats, check the embroidery density and panel alignment. For jewelry, check the weight, clasp quality, and engraving depth. Accessories are often the easiest to QC because flaws are usually visible in close-up photos.
Common Red Flags
Blurred or low-light QC photos should be rejected immediately. Ask for retakes. If the warehouse photo shows a completely different color, contact CSSBuy support before shipping. If the item looks creased or dirty, request a cleaning or exchange. Never ship if you are not sure. It is much cheaper to fix an issue in the warehouse than after delivery.
